About me:
As a doula and a funeral celebrant, I feel so privileged to be at the beginning and end of many life stories. I am a mother myself (I have two daughters born in 1998 & 2000). I am a fully trained hypnotherapist who has specialised in childbirth since 1998. Hypnosis can help you sleep more easily, remain up-beat during your pregnancy and prepare you for a positive labour and birth experience. I can teach you to use self-hypnosis during labour and birth, and, if you choose, be with you as your doula to support you. I can also be with you in your home after your baby is born as a post-natal doula. I offer a post-natal hypnosis service to help you choose a positive outlook as a mother.

Trained in using a Rebozo Scarf in labour for optimum foetal positioning.
Member of Maternity Services Liaison Committee for my local NHS trust, fully police checked (Enhanced Disclosure) and holder of Public Liability insurance. I have trained at Kingston Hospital in waterbirth and aromatherapy for pregnancy, labour and birth. I have experience using The Pink Kit method, I carry a Helios Homeopathic birth kit to every labour as well as aromatherapy oils.
As a funeral celebrant, I work with White Rose Modern Funeral Services.
As a clinical hynotherapist and doula, I work in conjunction with yoga teachers: Katy Appleton and Annabel Hargrave (Annabel teaches active birth yoga).
